What does the Family Annual plan include?
For ₹499/year you get 20 report analyses every month, unlimited family members on one dashboard, trend tracking across reports, 10 tailored doctor questions per report, unlimited AI follow-up questions, and priority support. That's less than ₹42/month for the whole family.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. There is no auto-debit. Your plan simply expires at the end of the period and you can renew with one tap. You'll never be charged without taking an action yourself.
Do report credits expire?
Single reports expire after 30 days. The 10-pack expires after 6 months. The 50-pack expires after 12 months. Unused credits are lost on expiry.
Can I share reports across family members?
Yes! All plans support unlimited family members. Each report analysis uses one credit (or one of your monthly plan analyses), regardless of which family member it's for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payments are secured via Razorpay.

Can I buy more credits after my pack runs out?
